How To Overcome Panic Attacks

Have you ever experienced the terror of a panic attack? Perhaps it was similar to this:

Sally was starting to feel afraid. Every time she tried to go outside, she would get that awful feeling in the pit of her stomach and she became terrified that another panic attack was coming or that some other, unknown terrible thing was going to happen. It was starting to ruin her social life, and she was finding it more and more difficult to go to work. The stress of worrying that she might get fired was contributing to her sense of panic, and she was afraid she was losing her mind.

Panic attacks are very widespread, in the US as well as all over the globe. Only in the US it is the most common mental illness in the U.S. with 19.1 million (13.3%) of the adult U.S. population (ages 18-54) affected.

Physical symptoms of panic attacks-

Panic attack symptoms may include shortness of breath, heart palpitations, nausea, chest pain, difficulty breathing, tingling or numbness in the fingers, face, or toes, stomach aches, and headaches.
In addition to the physical symptoms, other effects might be a feeling of dreamlike sensations or perceptual distortions; sheer terror, and a sense that something unimaginably horrible is about to occur and one is powerless to prevent it; a need to escape; fear of losing control and doing something embarrassing; and the fear of dying.

It is because such a large percentage of the population suffers from panic attacks and anxiety that doctors and researchers are constantly looking for new treatments every day.
The current treatments that are available for panic attacks and anxiety disorders range from anti-depressants, to cognitive behavior therapy, herbal remedies and alternative treatments such as hypnosis.

For people who have been prescribed medications for their panic attacks, they must continuously keep taking the drugs because there is a high probability that their panic attacks will return if they stop taking the medication. Therapy can take months, or even years often with very little progress made.
Fortunately, if you want tips for panic attacks there is a radical new treatment released recently that is unlike anything that is available today. It involves no medication, no herbs, no therapy, no riding out the fear or hypnosis.
